Your opportunity
Due to continued growth, our Brisbane and Sydney Rail Systems teams are looking for experienced Systems Engineers to be a part of key projects that will shape the communities in which we live. These roles will see you working on city-shaping projects across Queensland/New South Wales, and interstate as required, while you will have the opportunity to build a dynamic career. Key responsibilities will be to perform project-specific railway Systems Safety Engineering duties, such as:
- Supporting the development of Systems Engineering-related technical content to support Mott MacDonald management systems
- Supporting sound project governance and quality of delivery of Systems Engineering activities
- Support Systems Engineering activities in accordance with contractual obligations.
- Supporting the development of SESA business opportunities
- Building and maintaining effective relationships with external / internal clients and stakeholders
About You
You'll have considerable experience within the rail or defence industries, working on complex engineering projects. You're a qualified Engineer, specialising in Systems Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics, Software or Mechanical engineering. In addition; Demonstrable hands-on experience of railway System Safety Engineering and Assurance; Technical experience across the full systems engineering and project lifecycle and working knowledge in and experience of applying Systems Safety standards.
