Who we're looking for: Our people are united by a common belief: that we can outperform in everything we do. Working on the delivery of the new Coomera Hospital, you'll have the opportunity to become an integral part of a high-performing project team, supporting the successful delivery of one of Queensland's largest healthcare infrastructure projects through effective administration, coordination and stakeholder engagement. This is a full-time, permanent position based on site in Coomera. As a Site Administrator within Multiplex, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the project office, providing administrative and reception support to the construction team, and helping ensure site systems, processes and documentation are managed efficiently. You will work closely with project leadership, consultants, subcontractors and head office stakeholders while assisting with reporting, onboarding, office coordination and general project administration. The successful candidate will need: * Previous experience in a Site Administrator, Project Administrator, Office Administrator or similar administrative role. * Strong organisational skills and the ability to effectively manage competing priorities. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail. * Intermediate proficiency across Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. * The ability to build strong relationships with internal teams, subcontractors and external stakeholders. * A proactive, adaptable and self-motivated approach with a willingness to support a broad range of project activities. * Experience within the construction industry will be highly regarded, with knowledge of Aconex considered advantageous.
