As a part of the Multiplex Commercial team, you'll be given everything you need to outperform and take your career further. Assistant Contracts Administrators support the construction site commercial team with various activities such as procurement of labour/sub-contractor services, cash flow, profit maximization, variations, reporting, payments, processing and administration. Duties will include assisting the Contracts Manager/Administrators with the administration of Head and Subcontracts, supply agreements and purchase orders; assisting with quotations and letting of tenders for contracts; preparation of procurement and pre-qualification documentation for subcontractors and suppliers; legal notices and administrating consultant agreements.
This role would ideally suit someone who has industry experience and knows that the Contracts Administration path is where they want to take their career! We want you to be someone who can build and maintain strong relationships with clients, sub-contractors, suppliers, consultants and our own project teams as well as being process orientated and well organised.
With a keen interest in construction, your experience will include:

  • Qualifications in Construction, Finance, Legal or similar disciplines
  • Experience in the Construction/Building industry is highly desirable
  • Understanding of contracts, tender processes, administration and legal issues pertaining to contracts
  • Ability to build lasting relationships with various stakeholders
  • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation and influencing skills
