Building our Talent
Multiplex are looking for a full-time Stakeholder Engagement Officer to work on the Western Sydney International Airport.
This role is responsible for managing all of the projects internal and external communications and community and is critical to delivering the overall communications strategy, you will work closely with the client, the project and marketing team.
This role requires someone with good communication skills, being able to work autonomously, work towards a tight deadlines and thrives under pressure.
Key Accountabilities:
- Comm Engagement Manager (daily interaction) – oversee the implementation of the Community Engagement Management Plan, including managing community interface issues, provide advice on consultation requirements for works, feed into their regular comms (newsletters, updates, webinars, events), coordinate all external site tour requests
- Media Manager – fulfil media requests (both visual and written), provide media opportunities and coordinate logistics
- Events Manager
- Create positive content for MPX marketing/comms (social media channels) with assistance from MPX HO Marketing team
- Interface between the project and MPX Comms/Marketing and Media team
- Adhoc stakeholder interface tasks
Key Skillset Required:
- 3 years in a similar stakeholder/community engagement or corporate affairs role, building/construction/resources/mining industry desirable
- Demonstrated stakeholder engagement skills
- Expert writing skills
- Proficient in MS Office suite
- Familiarity with design software
