Electrical Team Leader - Peterborough City Hospital (City Care Centre and Cavell Centre)

What is the role?
You will report to and work closely with the Electrical Services Supervisor. The main responsibility of the role will be to maintain services including electrical, mechanical distribution systems, BMS and automation systems, nurse call and fire alarms, boilers, pressure systems, water based systems in accordance with all current electrical and mechanical regulations in Peterborough City Hospital and associated buildings. The role will entail leading a team of craftsman and maintenance coordinators across the day shift.
What do I need to be successful in this role?
- Able to carry out in depth fault finding on complex electrical and mechanical systems
- A City and Guilds of London Institute Certificate in Electrical Engineering, maintenance, installation or equivalent
- Experience managing a team
- Experience working in the health sector would be advantageous
- Knowledge of MS office applications, Word, Excel, Outlook.
