Building our Talent
Project based and reporting to the Regional Technical & Planning Manager and Construction Planning Manager, the Construction Planner is responsible for providing programme advice, progress updates, and reports to the project team. Programme advice will include methodology, risk and opportunity identification and mitigation measures. Ensuring the programme is aligned with the project scope, contract documents, and that it complies with Multiplex Systems, HSE and QA procedures, the Construction Planner will also maintain a close working relationship with the construction project management team and develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, planning consultants, and subcontractors.
The successful candidate will have proven experience in construction planning and programming, including:
- Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or construction management
- Knowledge of design, construction, estimating, procurement, and planning
- Competence in planning software - Powerproject, MS Project and Primavera
- Good analytical ability complemented with excellent skills in Excel & Bluebeam (or similar)
- Good communication skills
- Enthusiastic team player with ability to thrive in a large team environment.
