About You
The Lead Business Fulfilment role will support the delivery of B&PB lending fulfilment activities with the overall objective being delivery for the customer. To support by fulfilling a range of activities inclusive of but not exclusive to leadership, coaching, process management, process improvement and adherence to regulatory and complaint controls.
Your Skills and Experience
- Prior experience with customer facing.
- Exposure to B&PB programs and processes.
- Strong negotiation and people skills.
- Conflict and resolution management
- Process and change management.
Key Responsibilities:
- People leadership including driving a team that has customer at the centre of everything they do.
- Process management including active ops management (AOM).
- Process improvement.
- Execution of regulatory and compliant controls.
- Adherence to risk and PACE methodology.
- Building strong relationships with out internal colleagues.
