About the role:
As a Process Associate within Direct Lending you will be participating in and helping drive the execution of change and delivery required to implement strategic change initiatives, and BAU change initiatives. You will play a key role in ensuring change is effectively and proactively managed, with impacted business areas experiencing a smooth transition, with minimal operational risk and disruption.
This role will also see you driving and delivering internal communications and subject matter expertise across Direct Lending; ensuring leaders and bankers are updated on impending change to processes and relevant business updates.
Further responsibilities include but will not be limited to:
- Contributing to the identification of business impacts from the program/project (Business Impact Assessment).
- Supporting assessments of readiness for change being implemented by the program/project/initiative
- Contributing to the identification of all stakeholders impacted by program/project/initiative & ensure engagement as appropriate
- Actively contributing to the execution of implementation plan and delivery outcomes, including development of communications materials, user support materials.
- Providing regular reporting and updates to Direct Lending LT on BAU initiative and change across the Direct business
About you:
To be successful in the role you will have experience in:
- Change management expertise/exposure gained on small to medium scale business improvement &/or technology programs
- Project experience gained within Financial Services or other industry sectors
- The ability to contribute to the implementation of change in an agile way
- Experience in development & delivery of change, including communications and learning strategies
- Proven experience delivering high quality innovation and productivity improvements in a complex regulatory environment
