Reporting to the Director, Client Management & Execution (CME), the Associate Director is a key senior team member and part of a high performing team that provides credit analysis, deal execution and portfolio risk management functions for Funds Sector clients.
Corporate Finance: Client Management & Execution (CME), FIG ( Funds):
Corporate Finance is responsible for all financing activity in Corporate & Institutional Bank (C&IB). We manage the balance sheet for C&IB, while providing financing solutions for our Funds Sector clients. Our Client Management & Execution (CME) Team partner Client Coverage and Product Specialist teams with the aim of driving business growth and efficiently delivering an excellent experience for clients.
What you will bring:
- Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Business (or a related discipline);
- Extensive banking experience, ideally gained in an Institutional Banking or Structured Finance environment;
- Strong skills in credit, financial modelling & analysis focusing on Funds Sector clients;
- A proven background in transaction structuring and legal documentation;
- Exceptional inter-personal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a high performing team environment and connect with clients and key internal stakeholders;
- A commitment to the Corporate Finance 5 initiatives: Customers, Team, Shareholders, Community and Innovation, through involvement in Corporate Finance initiatives beyond the everyday role.
