NAB is looking to transform its Global people and culture services through simpler and faster solutions enabled by contemporary HCM technology/services, to deliver the colleague strategy. The program will deliver on multiple streams of work in order to deliver on its objectives with the design and implementation to kick-off very soon!
About you
You’ll contribute as the Reporting and Analytics – Product Owner to the implementation of an end to end HCM solution for NAB.
Undertake project activity as directed by the program to ensure all deliverables are achieved on time and within budget.
You will draw on previous Workday Implementation experience as a Reporting & Analytics Lead through the entire system Lifecyle from Discovery through to Production.
Other key responsibilities
- Lead the Reporting stream of activities and deliverables.
- Provide expertise and apply experience on populating Data Workbooks and data conversion techniques/best practices.
- Reporting requirements gathering and rationalisation across Workday, Payroll, Tableau etc.
- Work closely with the Implementation System Partner and be the partner point of contact for Reporting and Analytics
- Provide guidance and expert knowledge to the team on best practice and validation of Reporting into Workday.
- Support the project in delivery of EIB templates build, BIRT reports and Data Architecture.
- Develop and maintain system audits / data validation and efficient audit processes.
- Work within collaboration with team members to lead the design and build of required reports and dashboards based on business requirements and proposed solution.
- Assist in the delivery of Workday solution for NAB working closely with vendors across implementation activities.
- Supporting people and culture stakeholders through business transformation journey across business process design, technical solution and transition to future state.
- Where required, support NAB people and culture team with the development of People products and services as part of implementation activities.
- Deliver HR customer centric outcomes using agile techniques to deliver an exceptional leader and employee experience.
- Partner with Business Stakeholders to understand use case requirements and to help
What you will bring
- Minimum 7+ years’ Workday and Payroll experience along with deep expertise in Reporting and Analytics
- Proven Workday implementation experience being involved in design, system testing, UAT, cutover & Go-live activities.
- Experience with Workday Data Loading, BIRT reports, EIB’s, iLoads, XML, MS Excel – required.
- Experience with HRIS/HCM Systems (SAAS) implementations working closely with implementation partners/vendors.
- Experience with building custom reports and dashboards in Workday and creating a Reporting structure/model.
- Experience in data mapping and advanced excel skills.
- Experience and knowledge of Financial services business and processes would be an advantage
