You & your new role
This role will be responsible for defining, owning, and leading the product strategy of NAB’s ServiceNow platform. As a product manager of the ServiceNow platform you will be responsible for cross module product strategy and roadmap, ensuring that NAB’s digital transformation using ServiceNow is delivered in alignment to the platform strategy and target state architecture. You will also be responsible for driving our innovation agenda on the ServiceNow platform.
As we continue our digital transformation journey on the ServiceNow platform and expand its capabilities, we need to ensure we have a solid strategy, platform maturity roadmap and delivering every solution in alignment with our target state architecture. This role is primarily responsible for:
- Developing the medium to long term strategy for ServiceNow platform including all modules implemented at NAB or in the product roadmap.
- Working with product owners and stakeholders to maximise the value of the applications being built on the Now Platform.
- Proactively leading discussions with ServiceNow product team and Customer outcomes on product journey, roadmap, and delivery of business value.
- Working with product owners in the platform and modules ensuring capabilities and new feature are delivered using industry best standards and in alignment to the Product roadmap.
- Building robust foundation when a new solution or integration is onboarded onto the ServiceNow platform. This will involve hands on foundation data setup activities.
What you will bring:
- A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology/Computer Science/Software Engineering or similar discipline
- Minimum 3 years of experience in successful product management execution of a SaaS platform delivering business transformation.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a product owner of one or more ServiceNow module.
- Highly desirable - hands on experience with ServiceNow platform across multiple modules – ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SIR, SNVR, BCM, APM and Now Mobile.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills with ability to articulate & present technical details to the stakeholders and at the same time able to translate the business value to C-level executives.
- Hands on design experience with ServiceNow Platform and its core foundation – including Foundation Data, Workflow Engine.
- Well versed with the ServiceNow licencing model and contract structure. Ensuring the value outcomes are delivered and realised as per the entitlements and investments made.
- Proficient with Agile methodology, Rally/JIRA tools
