This role supports the Unit by attending to a range of administrative activities in order to ensure that Managers/Team Leaders are facilitated in the provision of an efficient and high-quality service to internal and external customers. You will liaise with customers and various stakeholders, so exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this dynamic role!
Key Responsibilities include:
- Day to day servicing and client fulfilment request
- Work with Business, Transactional and Agri Banking Managers to support the Commercial and Corporate Cards Client portfolio
- Adhere to committed deadlines and communicate with value chain stakeholders regarding issues or delays
- Report any problems or issues encountered while performing the job holders’ duties that may affect the level and quality of services provided to the Team Leader, Analyst, or Operations Manager, so that corrective action can be taken.
- Sharing knowledge and assisting colleagues as appropriate or other teams as specified by line management
- To conform with all internal operating policies and procedures
- Support in identifying opportunities to improve personal performance/ and contribution to our Big 5
- To identify opportunities for productivity improvements to systems and procedures.

- Experience with eBobs, Siebel and B2K is highly regarded
