About You
As a Consultant, Future of Retail Coach , your role will be to bring to life and embed cultural change in our Retail Branch Network. You will be responsible for coaching Retail Branch Managers and Branch staff on embedding operating rhythms with consistency across the allocated region.
You will support delivery of NABs Strategic Ambition and Retail Transformation by coaching branch staff on operating rhythms to embed sustainable change.
Your key accountabilities will include:
- Leads the transformation and delivery of Future of Retail program initiatives
- Coaches to uplift performance across Mobile Banking Managers, Premier Banking Managers and Lending Hub Leads.
- Partner with Managers to drive a high-performance culture and is responsible for positive behaviour change evidenced by an uplift in Proprietary Home Lending performance.
- Role model of Distinctive Leadership and coaching. Partnering with Leaders to engage and enable each of the proprietary team members to implement and embed their ways of Working.
Note: Travel will be required across the region as assigned (Metro NSW & Metro VIC and Regional).
Your Capabilities, Experience & Qualifications with include:
- Experience in our distribution channels (especially Retail).
- In depth understanding of home lending, everyday banking products and services, gained through experience in a similar environment.
- 5 years + in a similar role, demonstrating a track record in coaching
- Coaching qualification desirable
- Passion for Leadership and helping people achieve results
- Excellent communication, listening and questioning skills.
- Ability to time manage, provide performance insights and problem solve
As part of the Personal Banking Division , you will be part of the Retail team and play a key role in partnering with key stakeholders to ensure a consistent end to end experience for our customers across our Retail Branches. We will enable the Personal Banking Strategy of growing and deepening customer relationships and delivering simple and digital banking solutions to our customers, and for our colleagues.
