NAB Private Direct is a unique servicing proposition which caters to the needs of Private clients who do not want a traditional holistic Private bank experience. NAB Private Direct will draw on our extensive connections across NAB Private and the wider NAB Group to provide our clients with tailored banking solutions which meet their needs.
About the role:
The Private Direct Advisor, will provide an efficient, high skilled responsive and supportive service to relevant Private Banking Clients and also be responsible for the generation of leads to specialist areas and other segments. They will be the first contact point for high net worth clients, ensuring a timely transfer to a NAB Private Direct banker who can most appropriately meet their needs at that moment in time.
You will be accountable in supporting the private direct experience by:
- Provide support for all Private Direct customer connections. Analyse business volumes and trends allocating and complete incoming work from Universal Workflow Tool (PEGA).
- Identify opportunities through having curious and caring customers conversations.
- Maintain all private customer portfolio to ensure that full and up to date records of all contacts with the customer as recorded.
- Identifying irregular accounts, customer trends and potential needs, referring to Private Bankers for guidance and highlighting any potential long term goals of the client or problems.
- Instruct, complete and process internal and external customer documentation and requirements to ensure we are compliant and ensure customer data safety.
- Respond to direct queries from/provide information to private customers, or contact to obtain further information/data, and undertake reviews.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in client relationship management, preferably within a customer service based industry. And preferred qualification In Business/Finance
