The role:
You will support the division to perform the more complex and processing/administrative services functions efficiently and accurately in accordance with the policy procedure, and/or coordinate the activities of a small number of Team Members.
Key Responsibilities
- To process the allocated workload within the area of operation, efficiently, accurately and within the timescales and standards set out in service level agreements, service standards and performance targets, utilising systems/equipment as required, in order to provide internal and external customers with a high-quality service.
- To support the Business Unit Head/Operations Manager/Team leader
- To carry out quality control and necessary checks on own and team members’ work as dictated by policies and procedures.
- To liaise with internal customers and external service providers, ensuring that instructions, inquiries, and queries, are acted on efficiently and effectively, seeking to maintain effective working relationships at all time
- To identify opportunities for productivity improvements to systems and procedures.
- Full time hours, flexible rotating weekly availability required Monday-Sunday between 7am-11:30pm
What you will bring
- 2+ years of experience working in financial services or similar administrative/processing environment
- General understanding of banking principles and obligations
- Team player attitude, with a growth mindset
- Motivated, with intentions to go further within Group Investigations and Fraud Team
- Great listener
- Provide professional, ethical behaviour, high quality service
- Adaptable, can make autonomous decisions
- Sound problem solving skills, and written and communication skills
- Ability to manage workflow and prioritise effectively
