We are seeking Domain Agile Coaches, due to our continued investment in our colleagues, ensuring that we transform the way we work for the good of our customers.

Due to a reshape in our ways of working, Domain Agile Coaches play a pivotal role in the establishment of NAB’s newly imbedded Domain-based operating model.

If you are passionate about coaching and developing others with a strong agile foundation to champion our new ways of working across Domains to deliver simpler and faster solutions across the enterprise, our customers and colleagues, we want to hear from you.

NB: These opportunities are slated as 12-month fixed term contract opportunities

What you will bring

• Experience in Agile Delivery with an understanding of key roles and agile ways of working
• Demonstrated understanding of change management practices with experience driving and influencing change to deliver enterprise wide and/or large-scale transformation
• Proven experience of empowering teams with diverse skills to deliver against objectives, preferably within the financial services industry
• Proven experience in observing, analysing, reflecting and challenging ideas or assumptions as well as using knowledge, facts and data to effectively solve problems
• Experience working with a team of Product Owners across a number of initiatives and improving the way they manage their backlog, prioritise, align stakeholders and lead their teams
• Strong commercial acumen for what constitutes value-driven outcomes aligned to agile ways of working
• Sound relationship management skills with demonstrated experience in building and maintaining relations
