We are currently seeking business-minded individuals to join our Small Business Banking, Commercial Broker Team in Rhodes, Sydney.
This is a diverse role that will see you driving new business, along with managing and growing a portfolio of broker aligned clients. With a strong focus on world class customer service, this role also has a strong focus on operational banking.
Your key responsibilities for this role will include, but not be limited to:
- Engage in quality conversations with brokers which will allow you to promote the bank’s products and services, as well as identify the needs of the customer and deliver suitable solutions
- Create and enhance broker loyalty through delivery of exceptional services and customer solutions
- Provide brokers with help, advice, guidance and service in order to match customer needs through our suite of products
- Identify opportunities for quality referrals and leads to specialist departments in the wider business
- Proactively manage and enhance the retention of existing broker relationships
- In order to be successful in this role, you will ideally be degree qualified, or working towards a degree in Business, Commerce or Finance.
You will have practical, hands-on experience in financial services, and have exceptional relationship and stakeholder management skills. Above all you will have a strong passion for customers, and the will to win.
