About the team:
Our Merchant Fulfilment team focuses on providing an administrative service to our business customers – large or small – allowing them the time to focus on what matters most, their business. This team offers value to our merchants which is why NAB is Australia’s #1 Business Bank.
An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Merchant Fulfilment team, and we are looking for a customer-focussed Advisor to perform a range of processing activities including onboarding and amendments, whilst consistently striving to deliver an exceptional service to our business transactional customers.
What will a typical day for me look like?
- Process the establishment, amendment and closure of Merchant products in an efficient, accurate and timely manner
- Utilise systems / equipment as required to provide internal and external customers with a high-quality service
- Use critical-thinking whilst completing assigned tasks in order identify any process or regulatory improvements
- Ensure all processes are completed with high attention to detail to minimise risk to NAB and removing potential negative impacts to our customers
- Communicate with internal customers and external service providers, ensuring that instructions and queries are concise and acted upon in a timely manner
- Work always in the interests of the team, sharing knowledge and assisting colleagues as appropriate or other teams as specified by line management.

What skills and attributes will I need?
- Background in handling high-volume of data processing
- Strong internal stakeholder engagement
- Exceptional customer service delivery
- Team player – strong communication, interpersonal and time-management skills
- Speed and accuracy in data entry and an ability to multitask
- Good prioritisation skills with flexibility to adapt plans at short notice
