About the role
As a Technical Service Lead, you will support technical service provision and the maintenance of CRB services. You will assist with SLA, technology change management and vendor engagement while communicating with NAB technology teams.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Support on-going provision of Credit Reporting Bureau services, with a focus on technical service provision
- Management of technology-based vendor risk
- SLA management, including working contract manager to enforce service remedies
- Third Part Assurance Assessment (3PAM) engagement with NAB technology; vendor security risk management
- Maintenance of Critical Hygiene framework items, including representing CRB team for CHF forums
Your Skills and Experience:
- Demonstrated experience working with technical resources
- Background in data engineering desirable
- Experience working with Service Delivery Managers and vendor engagement
- Influencing and negotiation skills
- Strong collaboration and team orientation focus
- Stakeholder management skills
