About the role:
Working on the Investor Sales Direct Desk in the Dealing Room, the Associate role will assist in management and executing of our customer term deposit needs. The role has a high degree of direct client interface and deal execution/administration. Key attributes will include the ability to interact with customers in a professional manner, to be efficient in workflow management, and work in a team-based environment.
The role will also provide you with the opportunity to proactively develop technical capabilities and take ownership of a customer experience across multiple asset classes.
Your key responsibilities will include although not limited to:
- Management of the Term Deposit relationships
- Assisting with the smooth running of the team by following up on inquiries and liaising with product areas, dealers, bankers, clients and operations as required
- Maintaining good working relationships with key stakeholders
- Timely and competitive pricing coupled with providing the right solutions for individual customer needs.
About you:
The successful candidate will be a self-starter with a desire to work in Financial Markets and have a strong background in efficient workflow management. You’ll have experience working in a fast paced and pressurised environment whilst displaying excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to interact with key stakeholders across the organisation. A Relevant tertiary qualification and an existing understanding of customer needs will be highly regarded.
