In this role as an Instructional Designer, you will create bespoke training solutions for our Learning and Developments programs. In order to be successful in this role you will need to be a driven learning and development professional who thrives on creating learning content to support skill building through tailored learning outcomes.
Role Responsibilities:
- Develops, implements, and evaluates employee development plans and programs
- Supports organisations needs as a generalist or in a combination of disciplines such as talent development, succession planning, technical/non-technical training, and learning.
- Monitor employee development and training programs
- Assess needs, develop new programs, modify existing programs and assess results
- Work collaboratively with the learning team and business stakeholders to deliver pragmatic, innovative learning content
Your Skills and Experience
- 3-5 years instructional design of learning content experience
- Experience with diverse learning design principles including the development of content through supporting software, tools and related systems
- Understanding of various learning methodologies such as virtual and online learning, blended learning, bite-sized learning formats
- Consultation experience working with diverse stakeholders to shape learning experiences
