Your new role awaits
As part of the broader Business & Private Bank (B&PB) function, you’ll play a key role in the success of delivering Business & Private Banks’ strategic ambition. You’ll work directly with stakeholders across the business to design and execute effective communications programs that drive clarity and connection, alongside a team of experts in a high performing and supportive environment. Some key accountabilities include but are not limited to:
- Develop and execute internal communications strategy and plans for B&PB
- Lead the collaboration on strategic messaging with key stakeholders including enablement, change and corporate communication colleagues.
- Be a trusted adviser to senior leaders and help shape the way they communicate with their teams
- Effectively manage relationships with senior stakeholders and key delivery partners
- Identify and implement enhancements to B&PB communication processes and systems
What you will bring:
You’re a skilled communications specialist with experience in Financial Services. You are curious, innovative and have a “can-do” attitude and continuous improvement mindset.
Additionally, you ‘ll be able to showcase your amazing talents including:
- Identify strategic issues, think laterally and apply data & analytical research skills to develop appropriate solutions
- Experience planning, prioritising and organising workloads to achieve goals and manage competing priorities
- Experience in the development, review, and implementation of a range of Internal communication strategies, practices and procedures
- Knowledge and experience of all communications channels and mediums available
- Coaching and mentoring communications contributors.
