The Associate, Resilience Risk Frameworks role is required to provide operational support to the Resilience Risk Frameworks team. You will perform a variety of review and administrative based servicing tasks to assist the Resilience Risk Frameworks team and key stakeholders in meeting their goals.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Uplifting of controls environment via process modelling
- Coordinate reporting across Resilience Risk for the various committees
- Working with RR and EC&P on controls review plans and assist with uplift and remediation
- Reviewing and uplifting policies
- Monitoring GRACE findings and treatment plans and assist with closing them
- Monitoring GAITS issues and report on their progress
- Completing GRACE system facilitator activities
What you will bring:
- Ability to interact appropriately, influence and work with stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail, written and communication skills.
- Effective time management and organisational skills.
- Ability to comply with NAB Policy and Procedures.
- Sound conceptual and strategic thinker.
- Ability to deliver superior outcomes on a consistent basis.
- Experience in financial services; understanding of various risk types.
- Understanding of governance requirements as it applies to various divisions.
- PACE knowledge is advantageous.
- General understanding of compliance plans, control, and obligation principles.
