We are currently looking for a hands-on, motivated and collaborative individual with exceptional communication skills and proven experience working with diverse teams of technical architects, business users and IT teams in customer organizations on all phases of the software development life-cycle.
As a Senior Decisioning Architect you must have the ability to learn complex material quickly and manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously.
Responsibilities include:
- Define and drive implementation of standards, strategy architecture, and arbitration frameworks within the Decisioning Engine
- Ensure that the business and technical architecture of the delivered solution matches customer requirements
- Designs, owns and optimises the decisioning frameworks - accountable for the quality of assets implemented by strategy designers and analysts
- Ensures consistency in communications across inbound and outbound channels
- Mentor and train team members in key Pega technology functionality, ensuring re-use and best practices are adopted across teams
Skills and Experience Required:
- Proven experience with designing and/or implementing Decisioning software (such as Blaze Advisor/Chordiant/JRules) or campaign management (such as IBM Unica, Teradata Aprimo).
- Previous hands-on experience with statistical or rules based development, with relevant experience in analysis, requirements gathering, design and development of enterprise Decisioning based application systems
- Knowledge of direct marketing principles and processes – such as campaign management propensity modelling, control groups, measurement, test and learn
- Good understanding of customer strategy, contact optimization and interpretation of analytics
- Experience with databases including tools/processes and an aptitude to adapt and use new technology
