The role:

• Partnering with Business Stakeholders to understand use case requirements and to help identify opportunities to deliver business value.
• Identifying and documenting business metrics, working to standardise data sources and definitions.
• Translating business requirements into data requirements and technical documentation ready for use internally and by the Data Engineering teams.
• Performing Data Visualisation to design dashboards that at-a-glance provide actionable insights.
• Loading, wrangling, and transforming data to develop data assets in supporting use cases
• Providing consultation to business stakeholders, understand their business needs, challenges and processes to shape and define the initiative scope.
• Data driven business – quickly and reliably putting Analytics and Insights into the hands of decision makers.

What you will bring:

• Advanced data analytics and visualisation experience via tools like Power BI and Tableau
• Strong working knowledge of programming languages such as SQL and Python
• Strong data mining experience and working with Big Data and Big Data technology
• Strong ability to understand use-case requirements / value statements and translate them into clearly articulated technical requirements
• Strong analytical capability, with close attention to detail
• Clear experience of Agile behaviours, principles, tools, and techniques
• Team player and proven ability to collaborate and achieve effective outcomes
• Excellent and pro-active approach to problem-solving
• Knowledge or experience in Cyber Security is beneficial
