This is a superb opportunity for a seasoned Home Lender to truly make a BIG impact in our customers’ lives by delivering seamless banking and home loan solutions to them, wherever they may be! This is a hybrid role giving you the freedom to truly prioritise your day, that exerts autonomy and reward.

A typical day for me will look like

• Engaging with customers via phone or Zoom and delivering an outstanding, signature service with every interaction
• Helping our customers on their home ownership journey by providing expert lending advice
• Enhance customer advocacy and drive business growth by attracting and retaining customers
• Lead and deliver on strong risk and control outcomes
• Building and deepening customer relationships, ensuring their financial needs are met
• Meeting the full range of our customers’ banking needs, acting with their interest at heart across our comprehensive suite of products and services (home loans, credit cards, term deposits, transaction accounts, investment and insurance products)

• Established Retail Lending expertise, with confidence and ability to uncover our customers’ financial needs
