About You

As a Senior Analyst in Instructional Design, you will be responsible for and also extremely passionate about the development and implementation of training & capability practices to support the running and transformation of Lending Services, Enterprise Operations. With proven experience in instructional design in a large and complex organisation, you will be able to hit the ground running and this role will provide you with the opportunity to be part of a passionate and focussed team. This role works best in a hybrid working arrangement but remote working can be discussed if you believe you’re the right fit.

• Continuous improvement – Ability to identify opportunities to standardise/optimise business processes, and continually look for more effective ways of working, removing waste from the system and improving customer experience at all levels.
• Experience working within a complex environment managing competing and changing priorities.
• Self-starting autonomous worker with prior experience in a training / instructional design role.
• Experience applying ADDIE methodology to design effective adult learning.
• Demonstrated experience for building and delivering blended learning solutions that empower colleagues to deliver transformed customer experiences.
• Experience using systems to build and manage learning, particularly SAP Success Factors, Adobe Captivate, Articulate Rise, Microsoft Sharepoint
• Demonstrated ability to provide coaching/training support on financial services core processes including credit origination, fulfilment, and end-to-end mortgage processing will be considered favourably.
• Tertiary qualifications are not essential but any qualification and experience in Banking and Finance in line with the demands of the role are viewed beneficially.
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment desirable.

The role and Day to day will include:

• Development and delivery of highly effective training and capability solutions across Lending Services.
• Execution of Skills Gap/Needs Analysis, delivery and/or co-ordination of Internal & External Core Lending & Risk programs, Content Management and Continuous improvement of learning delivery suite.
• Assist the Manager, Training and Capability with the provision of expertise and input into the future state of training and capability across Lending Services.
• Ensure regular review, evaluation and monitoring of capability solutions to ensure best practice methodology is adhered to.
• Ensure the execution of training and capability activities are aligned to enterprise policy, procedure and regulatory requirements.
• Proactively manage risk; meet all policy and compliance requirements; perform controls; adhere to process and procedures pertinent to role; and escalate events, issues or breaches as they are identified
