The role:
As the Transaction Banking Account Manager – Diversified Portfolios , you will work with a portfolio of strategic, complex and highly valued customers aligned to the Business and Private Bank (B&PB) partnerships across Victoria. Your passion for customer, products and innovation will enable you to deliver relationship excellence via the identification and smooth delivery of transaction banking solutions and insights for your customers. You are accountable for the preparation and delivery of Account Plans/Reviews and for the oversite, and execution, of material customer occurrences for the delivery of transaction banking products and solutions (events such as mergers and acquisitions).
You will deliver great customer experiences, and grow customer advocacy, coupled with leading customer and portfolio reviews, where required, with internal stakeholders to ensure we bring the best of NAB to the relationship. In addition, you will play a key role in providing support for our customers in the delivery of operational change to help them manage and grow their businesses day to day.
You will identify areas for continuous improvement, process efficiency and the delivery of industry insights whilst co-ordinating, and supporting, product and strategic priorities identified throughout the year
Additional responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Deliver a great customer experience and grow customer advocacy
- Identify complex client solutions across a diverse range of Transaction Banking products to ensure we meet client's specific needs
- Lifting Business Banker and Associate knowledge and capability through coaching and influencing
- Proactively manage risk; meet all policy and compliance requirements; perform controls; adhere to Process and Procedures and escalate events, issues and breaches as they are identified.
