The role:

As Senior Associate, your role is to contribute to the total profit outcome and risk profile within the National FX Sales team as well as providing a support function to the Australia wide FX Business. In addition, you will contribute to the growth in the client franchise by enhancing the customer value proposition through competitive pricing of financial products, executing strategies, and relationship building with a group of designated customers.

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to:

• Proactively manage a portfolio of SME customers to facilitate FX requirements
• Provide support and execute FX transactions for Small Business, Business Bank, Agri Bank, Health, GEC and their customers
• Maximise opportunities for providing FX Risk Management solutions to new and existing customers
• Understand customer requirements to deliver a great customer experience.

What you’ll bring:

• Ideally you are/or have been registered on the Financial Advisers Register (FAR)
• Ideally you will hold an Approved FASEA degree (Bachelors or higher) qualification in Financial Planning / Business related discipline and/or
• Possess sound specialist knowledge in financial products and services and an understanding of influences on financial markets (preferred, but not essential)
• With strong interpersonal and communications skills, your client management and sales skills coupled with impeccable attention to detail and accuracy, will ensure your success in this role.
