The Role
We currently have an opportunity for an Senior Project Analyst to join the Financial Crime Operations team.
Supporting the Domain Orchestration Lead, this role will assist in resource management, forecasting, removing impediments across the Domain. You will ensure that what is delivered in the Domain is aligned to the Domain strategy and prioritise what customers and colleagues value, providing insights and reporting to shape the direction and support decisions. Proactively work with Product Owners, RTEs and Domain Orchestration to execute key processes.

A Day in the Life will include :
- Support the coordination and facilitation of sub-domain governance forums
- Financial management and operational support for the sub-domain
- Support workforce planning and resourcing processes
- Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement of sub-domain processes
- Provide support to the Sub-Domain Orchestration Lead, Sub-Domain Lead, Sub-Domain Leadership Team and Sub-Domain stakeholders
- Support and collaborate with Domain Orchestration in all standard processes and deliverables
- Contract / vendor management support
- Liaise with all partners and other streams of work to deliver key outcomes
We’d love to hear from you if you are/have:
- Financial management and planning for large change work
- Strong stakeholder management (internal and external)
- Ability to support in resourcing and capacity management as well as forecasting
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, adaptive environment where ambiguity and uncertainty is the norm
- Highly resilient and demonstrated ability to operate under pressure with an agile mindset
- Demonstrated commercial acumen
- Experience working in agile and adaptive delivery models
This role is integral to achieving a number of the key objectives within Financial Crime Operations.
