This is a Cross Divisional Technology Delivery Lead (Project Management) role responsible for managing NAB Technology initiative(s) that span across CIOs/Business Units and providing executive view of business outcomes. You will use strong project management disciplines, such RAID management, and work in a hybrid methodology environment leveraging the best of both agile and waterfall approaches. The initiatives are information technology and business centric; and shall requires working with teams in Australia, India, and Vietnam.

The role
This Cross Divisional Technology Delivery Lead role is to manage the end-to-end delivery of changes in multiple streams within the Technology and Enterprise Operations organisation. This will include:
- Leading and co-ordinating resources required to implement and deliver small to medium size projects of medium to high complexity to the Group
- Work collaboratively on initiatives, identifying opportunities for process improvement, automation, and cost optimization across the Technology and Operations Domain
- Application of appropriate problem-solving techniques when issues arise, use of innovation to obtain better results for the Domain, and proactive focus on identifying and pursuing opportunities that present themselves.
- Assist the Program Manager with project / delivery management, stakeholder engagement, workshops, reporting
- Manage the schedule of work and activities to deliver the business and systems changes according to key project milestones.
What you’ll bring:
- Financial Services and IT project experience
- A proven track record of initiative financial management, schedule management, risk & issue management, scope management & benefit management
- Ability to engage and lead an extended team of resources without a direct reporting line
- Strong communication and relationship development skills, and an ability to engage a broad and senior stakeholder set using both oral and written communication styles
- Demonstrated experience in adhering to project methodologies and proactive in addressing issues as they arise
- Creative and effective problem / trouble shooting capability
