About the role
As a Digital Customer Service Advisor, you will help create value by providing excellent service. You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking support through our digital channels such as Live Chat, Social Media and Secure Message. You will build trust, solve problems, and resolve issues to ensure a positive customer experience. You will be an expert in providing first-level support, using your expertise and knowledge to ask the right questions to understand the specifics of each customer issue.
The Digital Consumer team is constantly evolving. In this hybrid working role, you will play a pivotal role in NAB's digital future. You will be required on-site for portions of training and hybrid working will be available following training periods.
What will my day look like?
Your role will give you the opportunity to resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently online by:
- following up any issues that arise during a conversation with a customer,
- escalating any conversations to other departments if necessary
- providing solutions to the customer's enquiries through your knowledge of the products and services we offer.
- working on scheduled hours
