The role
The acquisition of Citigroup Australia’s consumer business supports NAB's strategic growth ambition for Personal Banking, helping the bank achieve its goals faster as it drives toward being Australia's best Personal Bank. NAB has mobilised an integration team to support the transition of Citigroup Australia into NAB's Personal Banking Division and integration of both businesses.
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Change Manager to join our fast-paced and performance-driven Domain Edge integration team in Personal Banking.
Your opportunity
This exciting role is part of Project Edge Operations Sub Domain team and will be responsible for the development and execution of change management plans to support the EDGE USL Platform Build and /or Citi Integration Sub-Domains. This will involve extensive colleague and stakeholder engagement and change activities to deliver on the scope of work across the bank.

- PB Lending Assessment
- PB NAB Direct
- EO Lending Services
- EO Payments & Enterprise Services
- EO NAB Assist
- EO Workforce Management
- Fraud Operations
- Financial Crime Operations
- CS NAB Resolve
- Retail Bankers
The role and Day-to-day will include:
- Designing, supporting, and implementing change management plans for assigned workstreams within the Operations Sub Domain
- Driving overall engagement in work streams for colleagues and stakeholders for in-scope for NAB Operations teams
- Overseeing all aspects of your change plan delivery and timelines
- Providing ongoing support to the Operations Change Lead and other change management team members
- Development of agreed change artefacts: stakeholder matrix, change impact assessments, change management plans, communication and engagement plans, training plans, business readiness, etc.
- Managing and responding to any risk or compliance-based issues for assigned work
- Acting as an SME and information source for all things change
What you will bring:
- Extensive experience in Change Management (preferably 3 or more years’ experience)
- Experience with Change Management tools and methodologies
- Strong understanding of Personal Bank and NAB
- USL and/or Operations product knowledge
- Project change management experience
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- Strong communication and writing skills
- A Proactive approach and enthusiasm for being a change agent and champion
- A partnership mindset to work effectively across disciplines and deliver key outcomes.
