About the role:
NAB Group Property currently manages over 600 network properties and 11 commercial buildings.
The primary function of the Hospitality Manager is to provide leadership and expertise in organising, planning, and delivering first-class hospitality experiences for special events hosted by NAB senior executives, including the Office of the CEO and the NAB Board.
Key responsibilities include:
- End to end responsibility for managing corporate events and hospitality services in NAB’s corporate buildings.
- Overall accountability for delivering first-class colleague and guest experiences for in-house events.
- Supplier relationship management for Catering contractors and other key suppliers.
- You will be primary Group Property person responsible for delivering in house catering and event services; utilising a range of other support services within NAB and provided by external service providers. Working collaboratively with the Executive support teams to ensure that catering, venues, AV, technology, and other requirements are provided to ensure successful events.
- This role will be considered a senior leadership role within Group Property with accountability for delivering high quality colleague and guest experiences before, during and after events. It is therefore an expectation that the successful candidate will have demonstratable experience in delivering highly successful events for senior executives and their guests.
What you will bring:
To be successful in this role you will have demonstrated stakeholder management experience, particularly with senior executives and their assistants and strong supplier management experience.
Further to this you will have the following skills/capabilities:
- Strong experience in corporate Hospitality and Events Management
- Team leadership experience in high pressure environments
- Strong communication skills and excellent personal presentation
- Event planning and delivery skills
- Strong clients focus and customer experience mindset essential
- Attention to Detail
- Planning & Organisation
- Time Management
- Financial Acumen
- Tertiary qualification in Business / Events highly regarded
- Minimum Certificate III in Hospitality
