A fantastic opportunity has presented itself for aProgram Managerreporting to Executive Manager – Program Capability Delivery.

A bit about your role

TheProgram Manager – Program Capability Deliveryis a critical leadership role within the IP&D Fixed Line Build Program, accountable for delivering thecore capabilities that enable delivery at scale. This includesautomation, reporting, systems, tools, and enterprise delivery enablementacross the IP&D Fixed Line portfolio. This role providescentral orchestration across complex, multi‑stream initiatives, owning delivery end‑to‑end from initiation through to deployment. It carries accountability forBRD and CDR ownership, UAT sign‑off, delivery readiness, SEO alignment, roadmap ownership, and business enablement, ensuring capabilities are not only delivered, but embedded and adopted effectively.

The position holdsfull product ownership and technical delivery accountability, with responsibility for ensuring solutions are delivered in line with business requirements, delivery strategy, and long‑term operational sustainability. Operating in a highly dynamic and interdependent environment, the Program Manager actively managesrisk, cross‑program dependencies, and enterprise‑wide change, while ensuring delivery approachesremaincommercially sound and aligned to Fixed Line and IP&D strategicobjectives.

The role works extensively with senior internal stakeholders and external partners to bridgetechnical execution with business value, driving scalability, adoption, and sustained benefits across the broader enterprise. This is ahands‑on leadership rolerequiring strong ownership, resilience, and judgment. Success in this role depends on the ability to influence at senior levels, navigate ambiguity, andmaintaindelivery integrity across a complex and evolving program landscape.

A bit about you

You bring strong ownership of capability delivery and the abilityto orchestrate complex, cross‑functional initiativesacross multiple business units. You act as thekey conduit between business and technical teams, translating intent into executable solutions and drivingvalue‑focused outcomes, includingfinal UAT sign‑off on behalf of IP&D Fixed Line. You have a strong understanding ofNBN systems, network concepts, and FTTN/FTTP delivery, and experienceoperatingwithinlarge‑scale, multi‑team programswhere decisions carry material enterprise impact. You arepragmatic, resilient, and outcomes‑focused, with a strongsimplification mindsetand a collaborative, confident approach to delivery. You are comfortable operating in ambiguity, challenging constructively, and making decisions that balance delivery urgency with long‑term sustainability.
