A fantastic opportunity has presented itself for a Fleet Coordinator reporting to the Senior Fleet Manager.
A bit about your role
As the Fleet Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operational requirements of nbn’s vehicle fleet across the network. Acting as a trusted point of contact for regional and field managers, drivers and external suppliers, you will ensure vehicle repairs, deliveries and disposals are managed efficiently, helping to minimise downtime and maximise fleet availability.
In this role, you will provide expert advice and guidance on fleet policies, procedures and governance, while managing complex enquiries, repair escalations and technical issues to achieve timely and cost-effective outcomes. You will oversee the coordination of fleet assets throughout their lifecycle, ensuring delivery and disposal activities align with company requirements and environmental standards. Through accurate reporting, strong stakeholder engagement and a focus on continuous improvement, you will contribute to safe, reliable and seamless field operations across nbn.
A bit about you
If this sounds like the role for you, you will likely have experience coordinating fleet operations, vehicle repairs or asset-related services within a fast-paced operational environment. You are highly organised and bring strong planning, communication and stakeholder management skills, enabling you to build trusted relationships and work collaboratively with a diverse range of internal and external partners.
You are a proactive and solutions-focused professional who enjoys resolving complex issues and delivering positive outcomes for customers and stakeholders. With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to continuous improvement, you can balance competing priorities while maintaining high service standards and compliance requirements. Your approachable and supportive nature, combined with your ability to influence and coordinate across multiple teams, will help drive efficient fleet operations and contribute to nbn’s purpose of keeping communities connected
