A bit about your role
The Senior Engineer, HFC Network Performance plays a key role in maintaining and improving HFC network performance to support service quality and customer outcomes. Working within the HFC National Performance team, you will oversee automation workflows, contribute to network remediation and deployment programs, develop monitoring and diagnostic tools, manage network design updates, and help resolve complex network issues. You bring strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills, along with the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic technical environment. Success in this role comes from a commitment to continuous improvement, safety, quality, and delivering outcomes, while working effectively with others to develop innovative solutions and support team capability growth.
Application Process
You may find that your experience does not match every requirement listed but, if this role has piqued your interest or resonates with where you are in your career, we encourage you to apply rather than self-select out.
