A fantastic opportunity at nbn, Australia’s largest infrastructure project, as the Walk-up IT Support Specialist, reporting to the Operations Manager, myIT End User Services, where you will join the MyIT Team, a key pillar within the MyIT End User Services business unit.
A bit about your role
The Walk-up IT Support Specialist is responsible for providing insightful technical advice and hands-on technical support to NBN Co employees in need. You will engage onsite and diagnose a variety of potential IT related issues ranging from hardware, software, services, and access.
In addition, you will manage stock of consumables and participate in initiatives, projects and tasks aimed at improving user satisfaction. Along with this, you are expected to raise tickets for tracking incident and service request purposes.
A bit about you
The Walk-up IT Support Specialist will have previous working experience within an ITIL environment and demonstrated ability to build an empathic and friendly customer relationship. You will boast strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with teamwork and collaboration capabilities.
The successful candidate will provide technical expertise and can produce reports, procedures, and business correspondence. Ideally, you will have previous experience with Microsoft and Apple products, specifically with MS Exchange / Office 365Citrix/ Windows OS.
