A bit about your role
Reporting to the CPM Program Director and working within the Customer Products and Marketing (CPM) business unit, the Project Manager will plan and align the deliverables of multiple complex workstreams simultaneously. This will require the successful candidate to influence business decisions, manage virtual teams and monitor the interdependencies within the schedule to make informed choices regarding time, cost, quality and resource availability to realign activities to meet the overall project plan.
Key to the success of this role will be the ability to deliver projects including the development of project scope, budget, timeline, resources, and key initiatives or work-streams and to establish appropriate project governance including change management, risk/issue management, budget management, status reporting, and escalations.
This is a role with a range of key stakeholders across the business and this will require you to provide trusted business partner support to business owners and key stakeholders. You will contribute to the ongoing evolution of project and program management practices and processes within CPM and the broader organisation.
A bit about you
You will have a deep understanding of project concepts & principles, products and tools and experience in managing complex business projects or business improvement projects coupled with demonstrated experience in project/program management coordinating the activities of multiple projects with complex cross-functional virtual teams within a technology dependent enterprise. You will operate in a structured manner with strong forward forecasting and planning skills and the ability to communicate effectively both written and verbal to a range of key stakeholders including presenting to senior management and providing an end-to-end view of project status, issues and plans to resolve and mitigate.
