The Program Delivery Manager is responsible for governing the build program with our industry partners in line with the relevant contract for priority works, including New Developments, Business Segment, Relocations, Held Orders, Augmentation & Serviceability.
This role is a key senior delivery role, collaboratively managing the program performance of our partners for both Design and Construction functions, lifting their capability to meet our customer’s expectations. Using key important indicator metric dashboards plus data & analytics, the Program Delivery Manager will use their strategic capabilities to improve performance and customer outcomes.
A bit about your role
You will build develop and maintain a strategic high-performance relationship with our Delivery Partners (DP) and be accountable for maintaining a strong program delivery focus across the end-to-end design and construction project life cycle. You will proactively identify and implement improvement plans related to DP performance and capability across network design and construction.
This role will be heavily involved in managing relationships with external and internal groups focusing on delivering a positive customer experience. You will govern the delivery of an end-to-end serviceable network to required time, cost, quality and safety, including design, build and handover to Connect & Assure.
A bit about you
You have previous experience in delivering against plans within complex environments and have a background in project/program management with a demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders to achieve desired delivery and cost outcomes.
Your experience in an infrastructure construction or telecommunications environment, along with a strong understanding of the key technologies used by nbn will also see you succeed in this role.
