A fantastic opportunity at nbn, Australia’s largest infrastructure project, as the Region Operations Manager, reporting to the General Manager, Field Operations.

A bit about your role

As the Region Operations Manager for the North-East Region, you will lead a small team to support the improvement of Internal Field Workforce performance. This role will oversee the development of insights into field performance, and you are to work with the relevant leadership teams to drive the improvement initiatives with a key focus on customer experience and cost.

This role will see you supporting the region's field operations. This will include Internal Workforce planning, and forecasting, change management, customer experience support, and communications. Moreover, you are responsible for governance and reporting for the region and internal workforce support services coordination (fleet management, training/accreditation, asset management).

A bit about you

The successful candidate will have experience in managing operations in a service delivery environment with a background in leading a team.

You have excellent stakeholder management skills, a strong analytical mindset, and are data-driven. You love solving problems and doing root-cause analysis. Further, have a continuous improvement mindset and are CX focused.
