We have an exciting role at nbn for an Executive Manager DevSecOps Identity & Physical Security.
A bit about your role
The Executive Manager, Identity and Access Management (IAM) Domain is responsible for managing our Identity services Enterprise wide. This covers the broader identity strategy alignment, frameworks, governance, end to end delivery of new business or technology capability and the ongoing operations of the IAM platforms.
The role includes the operational accountability for the Identity & Access Management services and platform performance across our internal and external users including working with stakeholders, delivery teams and partners to prioritise and deliver new capabilities in line with business needs.
Along with the Identity & Access Management platforms, this role is responsible for managing the design, build and operations of the key Physical Security IT Systems which enable the monitoring of the nbn secure sites and access across Australia.
The role will oversee the identity management lifecycle, security posture, governance, and compliance of the services. This includes the engagement of technology platforms to ensure the effective integration and ongoing management of identity and access services as part of all platform deployment.
The Executive Manager will work with stakeholders to manage business processes associated with user access, onboarding and offboarding and compliance and manage the systems environment enablement across the security portfolio with a focus on improving automation, security and maturity provided to the DevOps teams.
The Executive Manager will lead a group with diverse technical team covering the engagement, retention, and performance of team members ensuring the team has all the necessary skills and knowledge to execute the outcomes.
A bit about you
The ideal candidate for this role will bring a strong background overseeing high performing teams in Cyber Defence or IT Security, understanding Agile and DevSecOps practises; with guidance and technical knowledge aligned to the Identity & Access Management Domain.
The experience in providing strategic leadership as part of enterprise security strategy and ensuring alignment between the platform capability roadmaps and strategy, directing, developing and engaging a group of technical leaders, platform engineers and domain experts to create a high performing culture to deliver critical business outcomes will be valuable while ensuring the Security Services strategic outcomes are delivered along with effective reliability and availability of the platforms is a key accountability.
You will have working experience in the IAM Domain including processes and technology platforms to manage Identity Governance, Single Sign On, Credential Management including Multi-Factor Authentication, Privileged Access Management and Secrets Management.
Having an understanding and experience in managing operational groups in a complex stakeholder/client facing environment along with cross functional experience including delivery, development, testing and/or operations would be advantageous.
