A fantastic opportunity at nbn, Australia’s largest infrastructure project, as a Billing Solution Delivery Specialist, reporting to the Executive Manager Billing Operations.
A bit about your role
The Billing Solution Delivery Specialist will provide advanced technical knowledge and assistance on billing systems and processes. This position will advocate for continuous improvement, consistently improving billing working methods—using relevant tools (e.g., Alteryx) to develop automated processes and a strong controls environment. You will also build reports, conduct user acceptance testing and provide insights to ensure the completeness and accuracy of billing.
A bit about you
The successful candidate will be able to develop innovative approaches to revenue and billing related technical problems and demonstrate technical experience in developing operational improvements and capabilities. You must have previous knowledge and expertise in telecommunications billing, finance, and fulfillment systems. You must have intermediate SQL skill,s and experience using Alteryx and other report writing tools is highly desirable.
