A fantastic opportunity at nbn, as a Network Support Lead, reporting to the General Manager Network Operations.
A bit about your role
Reporting to the General Manager (GM) of Network Operations, the Network Support Lead is a key member of the Network Management function. The role provides commercial, facilities, stakeholder management, key initiative and reporting support across the Network Operations and Network Management Centre functions within the Customer Network Services team.
The Network Support Lead will be responsible for the coordination and leadership across Network Management reporting processes as well as supporting and leading the Network Management tours program. You will provide commercial support across Opex & Capex programs for Network Management and be responsible for facilities management and security access coordination at our 1010 Latrobe Street site.
A bit about you
Operating at a senior level, this role requires an individual who is passionate about the Network Management business, its people, key stakeholders, key initiatives and must be comfortable in communicating with people at all levels within the organisation, industry and wider community and represent the Network Operations GM and Customer Network Services EGM when it comes to matters regarding Network Management, including being the face of the Network Management Centre tours program.
