A bit about your role
The General Manager, CPM Strategy leads the development and implementation of a holistic CPM’s strategy, leads the development and tracking of key strategic initiatives across CPM and leads strategic initiatives in an incubation capacity.
The CPM Strategy leader manages the planning process for CPM in collaboration with Strategic Services and Finance, orchestrates the preparation of segment and channels plans which align with CPM strategic plan to deliver upon its goals in terms of ARPU, take-up, retention and customer experience.
A bit about you
If this sounds like the role for you then it is likely you will have significant experience in senior leadership positions building and providing strategic direction in complex operating models. You will hold demonstrated depth and breadth of experience in customer experience, products, marketing strategy development and a strong understanding of the CPM functions.
You will have the ability to thrive in a high-performance culture and contribute to a team environment where individuals work together, share and align activities and strategies. With superior communication skills, you will hold strong influencing, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills, coupled with the ability to adapt style, and persuade a wide range of stakeholders.
To be successful in this role, you will have outstanding stakeholder engagement skills, across all levels of experience and seniority, with the ability to successfully inform, educate and collaborate. Your strategic and analytical mindset and long-term vision combined with pragmatic, hands on implementation capabilities are crucial to your success in this role.
