We have an exciting opportunity at nbn, as the EUT Operations Manager reporting to Senior Manager, End User Technology.
A bit about your role
As an EUT Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operational management and customer engagement of the End User Technology team. This team is resourced through an outsourced provider who must be managed effectively to deliver services within contractual SLA’s while focusing on continuously improving technology performance to nbn. This role also acts as a key escalation point for senior stakeholders experiencing repetitive or engagement issues with End User Technology Platforms.
The EUT Operations Manager is responsible for effectively managing service providers across all EU platforms. Moreover, you will initiate and drive key service improvement programs integrating complex solutions across multiple suppliers and platforms. This is critical to ensure both current platforms are delivering to SLAs and new projects and change initiatives are implemented successfully.
A bit about you
The successful candidate will likely possess extensive experience working in a complex technical management role working with multiple vendors. A good understanding of the End User Technology environment is essential. Further, knowledge and experience developing and rolling out business engagement frameworks will be valuable.
The ideal candidate will have an extensive background in establishing strong working relationships, understanding the technology landscape and the impacts to business stakeholders. You have a broad view and oversight across existing and future initiatives and ensure the team are customer driven.
