A fantastic opportunity at nbn, as a Solution Delivery Specialist, reporting to the Manager Network Solutions Delivery.
A bit about your role
The Solution Delivery Specialist role is to provide strong problem solving and technical capability to deliver and solution national network activity, workflow project life cycle management delivering network normalisation, transit, core network augmentation, migrations, capacity up lifts across active infrastructure and work order and CRQ support for network field services programs and cost control management, HFC and Project Management skills.
Establishing strong working relationships across the Control Tower, Field Services, NES, Supply, Build and external partners the Solution Delivery Specialist will work with cross functional teams, vendors, and external partners to coordinate and successfully deliver supporting services, project milestones and deliverables to ensure smooth integration of network solutions and changes, that deliver and contribute to operational, financial and performance objectives and success.
The role is primarily office based with field visits being restricted to internal stakeholder requested Field Inspections alternatively when the project complexity dictates.
A bit about you
As the Solution Delivery Specialist, you coordinate and milestone manage field delivery of network augmentation, transit, network normalisation works and or other related programs, monitoring interdependencies within the schedule to make informed decisions on time, cost, quality, and resource availability to realign activities to meet the overall project objectives.
The successful candidate will work with internal and external stakeholders to drive the safe and efficient achievement of all projects related activities and support validation and solution activities such as scope, technical, constructability, solutioning, variation fallout, aligned to key operational / customer strategy programs.
