A fantastic opportunity at nbn, as a Senior Analyst, Performance and Reward, reporting to the General Manager, Performance and Reward
A bit about your role
The Senior Analyst, Performance and Reward’s purpose is to apply their knowledge, analytical skills and processes relevant to performance and reward to deliver great customer outcomes.
You will work with the Performance and Reward team to provide analytical and general support for related initiatives, such as Annual Remuneration Review and performance cycle, benchmarking, job evaluations, annual and regulatory reporting, recognition and benefits. The Senior Analyst, Performance and Reward will provide guidance and support to key stakeholders across People and Culture and relevant business stakeholders.
A bit about you
The successful candidate will have extensive experience working within the reward function of an organisation, either in house or via consulting. They will be very experienced in using excel and have demonstrated knowledge of remuneration and benefits practices and excellent consulting, project and stakeholder management skills. Experience with using Workday will be preferred.
