A bit about your role
The Senior Program Manager – Strategic Programs is responsible for executing delivery of complex and strategically significant programs within SEO. Reporting to the Program Director – Strategic Programs, this role translates enterprise strategy into actionable and realistic delivery plans, ensuring technical feasibility, stakeholder alignment, and measurable business outcomes.
The Senior Program Manager – Strategic Programs acts in many ways as a Technical Product Owner, driving execution across large cross-functional teams and ensuring programs are delivered with precision and impact.
A bit about you
With experience in senior delivery roles and a technical background, the successful candidate will bring demonstrated influence across enterprise IT functions, underpinned by deep expertise in SDLC practices, CI/CD architecture, and modern approaches to software delivery.
Strong working knowledge of enterprise IT systems, cloud platforms, data ecosystems, and integration patterns will be advantageous, alongside a systematic approach to solving complex problems. Proven experience delivering large‑scale, complex, multi‑stream programs with strategic business impact will be paramount in being successful in the role.
