You will lead continuous improvement across finance processes, systems and reporting, lifting the quality and impact of management accounting, forecasting and month‑end outcomes. With a strong business‑partnering mindset, you will support investment decisions, business cases, contract structures and cost optimisation initiatives, while contributing to annual and long‑term planning.
A bit about you
We are seeking a self-motivated and driven individual who is eager to make a difference and impact. You bring a relevant qualification in Finance or Accounting, ideally with CA or CPA, and experience in commercial or management accounting roles within large, complex organisations. You are confident working with financial planning and reporting systems and developing models that turn data into meaningful insight.
You have a collaborative style and can build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and communicate with clarity and confidence. You combine strong analytical capability with sound judgement, navigate ambiguity with ease, and take a purposeful, organised approach to solving problems. Above all, you are motivated by making a positive impact and partnering closely with the business to achieve shared outcomes.
